Mix and match: a pack of 20 can be 10 slugs and 10 axolotls in any colours. Tell us in your request and we'll quote the lot.

How they're made
From file to front door
RooBits Collective is a small Australian print studio making flexi animals and fidget toys. We run the printers ourselves and check every critter by hand before it goes in the post.
Our toys are printed in place. Each one prints as a single piece with its joints already formed, so there's nothing to assemble and nothing to come unglued.

Design and test
Every joint is modelled with a hair of clearance so it moves freely straight off the plate.

Print in place
The whole critter prints as one piece. A small slug takes under an hour; a big dragon takes about eight.

Check every joint
We bend each link, clean off any stray strings and make sure nothing sticks.

Pack by hand
Wrapped in paper with a care card in the box.

Sent with Australia Post, tracking included.

Safety & care
Play safe, keep it wiggling
Warning: choking hazard
Small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
- Made from PLA
- A plant-based plastic that's tough enough for everyday play. It isn't food-safe, so keep critters out of mouths.
- Keep it out of the heat
- PLA starts to soften at around 55 °C. A car dashboard in summer will warp it, so bring your critter inside.
- Cleaning
- Wipe with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap. No dishwasher and no boiling water.
- Check the joints
- Give the links a look now and then. If one cracks or snaps, retire the toy and get in touch.

How long until my order ships?
Everything is printed to order. Most orders are printed, checked and posted within 3 to 5 business days, then Australia Post delivery times apply.
Can I pick the colour?
Yes. Pick any colour from our range when you order, or ask for a custom mix like your school or footy team colours.
Are they suitable for toddlers?
No. Our toys have small moving parts and aren't suitable for children under 3. For older kids, check the joints every so often.
What if a joint breaks?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it. Print-in-place joints are strong, but a car door can still win.
Can you print an STL or 3MF I found online?
Usually, yes. Send the file link through the custom order form and we'll quote on size, colour and print time. We check the designer's licence first, because some models can't be printed for sale.
Do you post overseas?
Not yet. We currently ship within Australia only.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes. Party bags, classroom rewards and stock for your shop are all welcome. Use the custom order form and tell us how many and by when.

Shipping, returns & privacy
Returns & refunds
Our toys come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives damaged or has a fault, send us a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Because every critter is printed to order, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind. Your rights under the ACL.
Privacy
The custom order form collects your name, email, message and any links you add. We use them only to reply and quote, and we never sell or share them. Email [email protected] any time and we'll delete them.
This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Our visitor counts are anonymous and stay on our own server.
